Igo W-3 Rebuild

I have been attempting to get into rebuilding but am running into this issue over and over. I am building micro coils with cotton wick and keep getting the following.

Very hot vape and very little vapor production. I have tried 100% VG and same as normal mixes.

around .5 - .4 ohms, iGo W-3 on a Magneto with 18650 battery.

Is it because i don't have enough wicking? I am running a small amount through the coils and around.

What type of coil are you using? Make sure your coils aren't touching the walls as well.

I am using a .28 gauge kanthal wrapped around a 2 mm pin for size, then heated under blue flame.

this.... the IGO W-3 is so airy I'm having trouble thinking that airflow is the problem, post pics and we'll do our best to help... I'll see if I have a pic of my W-3 on my phone and post that for reference if you like
