Hello and welcome,

Since no one has responded yet, I'll jump in and give it a go.

I don't own an Igo W but I was thinking about buying one awhile back. I watched some videos about it as research. One reviewer said he had it drilled to 1/16". I don't think you'd want to go bigger than that. Remember, it's stainless steel so it's very hard to drill. Maybe you can have Kidney Puncher drill them for you or a local vape shop.

I would start smaller than 1/16" and try that. You can always go bigger later.

I'm going to order one of those too! I have neither the time nor inclination to try and drill out my own :glare:

I'm planning on ordering the 1/16ths cap if that's any help at all. To be honest, the Igo-W really isn't that bad stock. I like heavy hits and I don't find it too bad. I wouldn't go super big. More air equals more vapor, however, too much air and you're not going to get a good hit.

The igo-w was my first dripper and I only had ego batteries. I was waiting on an MVP I had ordered. The b&m I bought it at recommended I leave the holes the way they are. After I received my MVP they drilled it out to 1/16 for me and after I received my first mech mod I had them drill it to 3/32 which works great for me. I like the airy draw and it still produces great vapor.

A bit of an old post, but I thought I would chime in as I just one of these with my MVP 2.

I just drilled mine out using a hand drill and a 3/32 bit I'm not even certain is made for metal, it's a black bit from a set I got with the drill. I did both holes in under a minute just holding the cap in my hand. Fairly easy to drill out, no oil or anything, just drilled in 10-20 second shots at low speed.

I must say going up to the 3/32 is great for lung inhaling, and as soon as my second one comes in I'm gonna screw around with this one and go up to 7/64. When I do I'll update and maybe make a video showing how easy it was to drill it out.

Cheers
