ok, so i bought an Igo-W6,

It's setup as a quad coil @ .4 ohms and cotton wicks, with a fresh LGDBHE21865 @ 4.2V, and on a copper nemesis clone.

this thing is taking FOREVER to heat up.... which makes no sense to me.

anyone have an idea of why this could be happening? i am baffled...

yeah that's what i was thinking the top coils heat slower than the first... i think it's the center post... that thing while a good concept is a pain to get tight...

things are good :) just have another kid on the way due in august and we have vape shops popping up like whack-a-mole :D
All the ground studs have zero resistance to atty body?
Continuity through positive terminal?
Infinite resistance from positive to atty body?
Battery voltage unloaded (and loaded if you have the capability) at the 510 positive?
510 contacts on both atty and mod in good contact with one another?
No hot spots in the button?
Will the mod fire other attys with similar or higher resistance?
Will the atty fire more as it should on a different mod?

Big congrats on the former!!! Congrats on the latter... if they're good ones. ;-)

Battery voltage unloaded (and loaded if you have the capability) at the 510 positive?
4.05V then 3.60V

510 contacts on both atty and mod in good contact with one another?
Yes no issues there

No hot spots in the button?
None

Will the mod fire other attys with similar or higher resistance?
Yea I can swap attys and have no problems

Will the atty fire more as it should on a different mod? Haven't tried I will try that next

Big congrats on the former!!! Congrats on the latter... if they're good ones. ;-)

Pulled out my old inline voltage checker. 4.05V no load 3.6V under load. I'll check the rest a little later.
I'm not sure if my inline V meter is calibrated to remove itself from the reading its the old madvapes v1 meter
Not a clue on the MV v-meter either... but on the face of it, that is an 11% loss - pretty substantial. Potentially 12 watts down.

I'm highly suspect of copper clones... come to think of it, I recall jkuro having issues with a copper Neme in his VD testing.

Time to start "a starin' and comparin'". :p

So far I've had no trouble out my copper nemesis... It has less vdroop than the SS version a guy at the shop has... How much I don't know but you could hear and taste the difference on his tugboat...

I threw the Atty on my ehpro ea, still slow response... Hmm... I need a better meter my cheapo radio shack isn't gonna cut it for fine measurements

So I did 5 wraps with 26g around a 5/32nd bit, with two coils I got .8 on my multimeter. This went in an IGO W6. However, I feel like I'm not getting much vapor production based on seeing other people's vids of similar builds. I'm using organic cotton, and I'm getting plenty of air to it. It's eating plenty of juice, but the vapor is about the same or less than my Nautilus, just a lot hotter. Any tips?

I am using the two higher posts for a dual coil build.
