I heard of the Radiator Pluid when I was at VC but I am still trying to wrap my head around it since I only use DIY juice. What does it taste like? I understand the idea of making it green for the name but what color is being added and has anyone had any issues with the coloring? I have never added a color to my juices, I "thought" it was a bad idea.

It tastes like anise and citrus and other stuff no one can really figure out. As for food coloring being bad... ever drink koolaide? Or eat 1/3 of the things available in a grocery store?

I realize the colorings are in foods, I just thought a couple years ago people were saying coloring in something that we inhale might not be the smartest thing.
I do not know that is why I asked. The stomach can process food colors, just wasn't sure of our lungs.
I guess I will do some research, colors would be pretty cool if they are indeed not harmful. My juices are always clear.

My opinion is you should not use food coloring. There are no studies on the effects food coloring inhalation that I know of so we don't know if it's OK or not. Some people are allergic to some colorings, so for a commercial juice it's not wise. I have some juices with coloring, but I use them in moderation and hope for the best.

Edit: This forum is not the best place for this discussion.
