iJoy and other companies need to get away from the Phillips heads screws and go back to hex, or at least make the Phillips heads hardened.

Ijoy already modified the screw in the newly released tanks.

I've done a few builds and haven't stripped them but I do not like them at all.

Anyone know which one of these are the right hex screws?

None of these, you are looking for grub or set screws. I'd also look for SS ones, the normal steel may rust or react in some way. Maybe not, but why find out?

I thought you posted that you replaced the screws for the build decks
may i ask what size did you replace them with?

How do you know which screws are the newer ones?
Phillips head screw are horrible, even with the proper size bit. They always have been and always will be.

I did.
I think they were M3*3
M3*4 would work, but you may have a bit sticking above the post.

AFAIK only CIGPET ECO12, RDTA 5 has the updated screws

Haha, That's the only time I order from them. Just placed my order with some tweezers. Grand Total of $2.35. Hopefully I'll be still using this aty by the time they arrive.
BTW: been using the coils that came with this and no more leaking. . So I made a call to Eric Clapton to send me some of his wires

I really like this tank in single coil mode.
Besides, the screws are for any tank with that size. It's why I had them on hand. 2.5*3 3*3 3*4
@Herrick Pick up a quality driver for the tanks you use, the ones that come with the tanks are pot metal and just won't last long.

I got decent Bondhus ones on eBay. I got 1.5mm hex drivers for the Obs Nano & 1.2mm hex driver for other atties.
