Yeah mine leaks almost every time I fill it. Everything's screwed in tight. My wick tails are all the way down covering the juice flow holes. I'm going to try putting them so they hang down just a little and see if that makes it any better.
This is a wild guess from a newb, have you made sure all your o-rings are installed?

They were all there when I first got the tank but it's possible one of them came off the last time I rinsed out the tank. I'll take another look.

I've only been vaping since last September and using RTAs since January so I'm a noob too!

I had my mod sitting in my cup holder on the way to work and the exo dumped liquid down the side and in my cup holder. I really like this tank and just have to figure out what is causing this leaking.
Where is it leaking from? Mine has never leaked.

If the EXO is dumping it's tank, my guess is there must be a vacuum leak and the hard part will be finding it. I am wondering if the o-ring that is in the center of the chimney top section has a nick it in. You should be able to swap it out with the o-ring from other chimney section. I don't think they give us a spare for that one, but I haven't looked through the spares bag.

Does it still leak when you close off the JFC?

    Somewhere between here and there
It leaks out the air holes. It happened the first time about a week or so ago and I rewicked and it was fine for a few days. Then it started leaking again a couple days ago. It doesn't happen when I fill but until today, it didn't leak unless I laid my mod on it's side. On the way to work it leaked standing up in my cup holder of my car. I tried the large tank and it leaked almost immediately within a few minutes so I washed everything and put the small tank back on with new wicks again. I'm starting to think I got a junk tank from china. I can wick the merlin, engine nano, engine mini, goblin mini, and ammit just fine with no issues.

There are only three o rings in the pack. The big tank had a new one on the chimney and it still leaked. It has leaked before with the jfc closed.

In my experience.....Filling up the tank while the air flow is open( even if it's a crack) will cause leaking from the air flow. Especially if you just vaped the tank empty and are refilling. Has something to do will the seal air pressure

Where did you folks buy your exo tanks? Maybe I should try one from a US vendor. I contacted gearbest about my problems and they want me to send a video. I tried but my phone doesn't take video in the format they want. Also, does anyone have a hard time inserting the base into the tank? Mine is tight and I have to get it in just right to screw it together.

Does it leak with both decks? Unfortunately it's a press fit base on the EXO and if there is a problem with the JFC ring, I can see air getting in around it.

No problem here with the base on mine. If I were to get another one, I would get it from Subtank Supply, you'll pay a little more but they are a top notch retailer with excellent customer service.

I despise GearWorst and will not buy from them.

I didn't run the single coil deck very long and didn't have leaking problems with it but it was only on a day or two. I think I might go take a look at STS and get one from them.
So your leaking is with the dual coil deck? @ShowerHead just mentioned he also has issues with the dual deck. I've only used the single & no problems. Mine came from FastTech. ''Tis true better to purchase from a good vendor in the USA. Hard to send back to China.
