I fluff out the tails quite a bit to make sure that the juice channel is full of wick but not packed in.
Thanks I'll try that too.

This is a wild guess from a newb, have you made sure all your o-rings are installed?Yeah mine leaks almost every time I fill it. Everything's screwed in tight. My wick tails are all the way down covering the juice flow holes. I'm going to try putting them so they hang down just a little and see if that makes it any better.

I don't remember which one but probably ss316L 28gx2/38g Fused Claptons I made. What kind of coil do you use?
Where is it leaking from? Mine has never leaked.I had my mod sitting in my cup holder on the way to work and the exo dumped liquid down the side and in my cup holder. I really like this tank and just have to figure out what is causing this leaking.
If the EXO is dumping it's tank, my guess is there must be a vacuum leak and the hard part will be finding it. I am wondering if the o-ring that is in the center of the chimney top section has a nick it in. You should be able to swap it out with the o-ring from other chimney section. I don't think they give us a spare for that one, but I haven't looked through the spares bag.I had my mod sitting in my cup holder on the way to work and the exo dumped liquid down the side and in my cup holder. There are only three o rings in the pack. The big tank had a new one on the chimney and it still leaked. It has leaked before with the jfc closed. If the EXO is dumping it's tank, my guess is there must be a vacuum leak and the hard part will be finding it. Does it still leak when you close off the JFC?
Does it leak with both decks? Unfortunately it's a press fit base on the EXO and if there is a problem with the JFC ring, I can see air getting in around it.There are only three o rings in the pack. No problem here with the base on mine. If I were to get another one, I would get it from Subtank Supply, you'll pay a little more but they are a top notch retailer with excellent customer service.Where did you folks buy your exo tanks? Maybe I should try one from a US vendor. I contacted gearbest about my problems and they want me to send a video. I tried but my phone doesn't take video in the format they want. Also, does anyone have a hard time inserting the base into the tank? Mine is tight and I have to get it in just right to screw it together.
So your leaking is with the dual coil deck? @ShowerHead just mentioned he also has issues with the dual deck. I've only used the single & no problems. Mine came from FastTech. ''Tis true better to purchase from a good vendor in the USA. Hard to send back to China.I didn't run the single coil deck very long and didn't have leaking problems with it but it was only on a day or two. I think I might go take a look at STS and get one from them.
