Nic mg/ml and Pg/Vg ratio of the liquid you're using?
Did you thoroughly prime the atomizer head before pressing the fire button?
Airflow control setting wide open or very near?
Or closed more to give a restricted inhale feel?

Using too high a nicotine strength can cause harshness. What is the strength of nic you're using? A high Pg ratio in your e-liquids Pg/Vg ratio can cause harshness.
There can be an adjustment period when transforming from smoking to vaping. When you first began to smoke, I bet it was harsh on your throat and lungs, but you adjusted. Same is true with vaping.
Pay attention to what Topwater asked. There could be some technical reasons why your vape appears harsh.

I suspect you are having an allergic response to one or combos of: PG,VG, Nicotine, heat of vape , frequency of use among others. Suggest you test each of suggested until you pin down which one or combinations is cause your problem. Example: vape only PG,then VG, nic base in PG/VG etc.....

A word about "heat of vape". Some folks are extremely sensitive to high heat or temperature of vape. In general, the less wattage the cooler the vape. on my one i was using 9 mg liquid, but on my friends ijust next gen i was vaiping 20 mg and no unplesant feeling ??what could that mean??
All things being equal "gear-wise", perhaps he was using nic salts instead of nic base e-liquid. I've never used nic salts myself, but from what I have read nic salts has been formulated to provide a "smoother" vape but has a higher nic concentration. That means no or little throat hit.

Nope i was using premium liquid im not sure about that but i want to ask can you use other type of coils on ijust3 maybe lower woltege could help???
Hard to give any useful input to help solve your issues without more information from you like the questions asked previously.
If you bought the ijust3 as a kit it came with an ellow duro tank.
While the ello duro & nexgen use the same heads the ' tanks ' could be designed differently which may make the difference in your experience.
