Gonna tell you a story. I have been vaping for close to 2 years and have gone from the basic 510, to a box mod, to a Protege and now a V3. Always have used 510 attys in all of my stuff. When I switched to HV vaping, I noticed that I was executing my attys! I asked another V3 user for advice, and he sent me to IKENVAPE. That was the BEST advice I have ever gotten. Long story short, I had an issue with performance and emailed Isaac. Let me just say this....Isaac has made sure that I am not only a happy IKENVAPE customer, but that I am a happy vaper as well. He has recommended some changing in my vaping habits that will make my experiences much more pleasurable.

Isaac not only cares about his products...he REALLY cares about his customers and has made me a loyal customer for life.

You hit the nail on the head with that comment, That's Isaac in a nutshell. Sincerely a concerned vendor which is really refreshing these days.
Isaac you have converted another to cartos here, lovin the 510's I got from ya. There's just situations where dripping isn't acceptable in some social enviroments and these have solved that issue for me. Will be back for more, take care.

I agree, Iken's customer service is top! My package (first order from Iken) was lost somewhere between US and Greece. Iken kindly sent me a replacement and asked me to keep the first package too if it ever makes it here. For me, this is great after sales support and on top of that, Iken himself is one of the most kind and polite persons I ever dealt with.

And guess what, I received my package on Mon. morning. Lemme see, ordered on Fri. night at 11:30 pm. Why didn't you get it here Sat. :):) Thanks Isaac and USPS.

My order qualified for free shipping but didn't "take" at checkout.
I figured I'd wait to see if it'd rectify itself on delivery, if not I'd contact IkenVape. Well, Isaac noticed it and more than made up for it. Thanks again sir, you"re the best. :toast:

We generally ship the same day the order is made. Through out the day there are 4 batches of orders that get printed,packed and shipped out to the post office. Even an order that is placed up until 5:02pm (on several occasions) we would rush as fast as fast can be to get the order out the same day.
We held ourselves high for our speed and record up until a few months ago when our systems crashed and out us out of commission for 2-3 days . On Tuesday our printer was the next victim. :( A heavy duty PV fell from atop the hitch of my desk to faithfully land on to the LCD screen putting the device out of commission.

There was a slight delay for some folks who ordered late Monday and on Tuesday. All orders that were made went out this morning
