Just got off the phone with Isaac and must say I'm impressed on the customer service front :)


He was packing my order and noticed that I'd bought an adapter that wasn't compatible with the Fusions I'd also ordered. He called me to find out if that was intentional or not, rather than just shipping it off as-is. He was very pleasant to talk to and substituted the correct adapter in my order, also offering some pointers along the way

Most vendors would probably have just shipped the order unaware of any issues, leading to me having to contact them and sort things out after the fact. This sort of proactive approach and attention to detail is a big plus in my book

I've had a lot of positive experiences with the vendors that I deal with regularly. Though I don't often post in the vendor feedback forum, there are a half a dozen or so that I never hesitate to recommend due to my experiences with them. Now I'm happily adding one more to that list :vapor:
