IKV MEGA LR 510 Cartomizer - Like Boge or like Joye cartos?

Help! I want to order quick if they are the type I like.

Are the "IKV MEGA LR 510 Cartomizer" with filler and only rubber cap? Like a Boge carto?
Or are they like the Joye Cartos with the 2 caps and fill with syringe?

I answered your question in a different thread. They are like Boge, no syringe necessary.
