Ill Fitting Battery

Now I understand about battery complaints. I received 2 new batteries yesterday...with gold buttons. One of them is fine as far as fit etc. but the other one I have to force a Cool Cart on it and once the battery died and I had to recharge it I had to force it on the charger...it just did not fit correctly. This sounds like other complaints I have heard on the forum. I wish when I ordered my other one yesterday morning I had said a green light would be fine but I just hope it fits well like my other one does. So how is it you fix the ill fitting battery?

Just lightly spin the connector in a piece of sandpaper.It seems to smooth it out and makes everything fit better.Try it.
