Illegal To Sell Nic Juice on Kijiji

If I just want to sell some e-juice with nicotine that I don't' want anymore, is it illegal for me to do so on Kijiji?

I'm not a supplier or anything. It's not a business.

There is nothing illegal about nicotine. As cobber pointed out its kijiji's prerogative to have it against their terms of use but you won't have police officers knocking on your door

Is the juice you want to sell from a vendor? I'd be concerned as a vendor if it was posted on kijiji. Why not just sell it here?

The classified section on this site is very US centric. My ad was on page 8 in a few hours and I've had only one response which is very surprising.

Why don't u just post it as e-juice w/out mentioning it's nic content... and leave it to be discussed under pvt/direct emails. BTW, I'm on the lookout for nice e-juices, if u desire u could connect with me.

because juice with nic is 'banned' by HC in Canada and by posting a vendor specific brand (especially a Cdn one) you're exposing that vendor.
