While the vaping community has been busy focusing on the FDA and federal legislation to change the grandfather date, the Illinois Senate quietly and suddenly, voted again on the legislation, that had recently failed, to raise the tobacco sales age to 21. Includes vapor products.

Illinois Moves One Step Closer To Raising Tobacco Age –

The bill still needs to pass the House before it is sent to the Governor.

I remember when CA SBX2-7 passed and went to the Governor's Desk. And a Member posted "Only in California could they do something this Crazy!". (even though Hawaii had already done the same thing earlier.)

I hope people are Starting to Wake Up. And see that we are Not Isolated by Lines on a US Map.
