Hi Everybody,

I just ordered for the Blu e-cig but I'm not sure I made the right decision. Please tell me if anybody has faced any side effects from electronic cigerattes. I already used to smoke Marlboro ligths about half a pack a day. Wil it be more dangerous than that?
Hey rat! Welcome. Yes very dangerous and sometimes annoying side effects to e ciggs #1 you will stink less. This may make you more attractive to non smoking oppeset sex. Always a dangerous situation. #2 You will be taking in about a milion less dangerous chemicals and gasses by smoking e ciggs. This may make you live longer. a disheartening situation if your a nihilist. #3 your sense of smell and taste will become much more acute. This means youll be able to REALLY smell what your co-workers smell like. Not always good. Hummm Sombody else's turn. Samrat! Your gonna love it and and be fine!:)

It's all what you like best really, I has a blu first before I did any real research (meaning before I found this forum) and over all it's not a bad product, also reffered to as an l88. The batteries only come in an auto form, which some people love and others can't stand, it means you don't have to press a button to get power to the atty you just take your drag. The two problems I had were the battery life (around 30-45 minutes for how I vape). And the size of the cart, it seemed like it was supposed hold more then I felt like it was. I got my joye 510 a couple days ago and I'm in love with it, and if the battery is still to short you can use the battery from any other 510 model also. Either way you go there is a learning curv and the blu isn't a bad starter, though I personally would recomend sending it back and going with the joye 510 from cignot.com. Great prices and awesome shipping, it's $65 for 2batts, 2 attys, chargers, a PCC, and 5 prefilled carts.

YUp drink a LOT - PG and VG (the stuff nic and flavorings are diluted with) are both drying to skin and mucus membranes. You might also find you get symptoms that are connected with cessation of smoking cigarettes and are not 'side effects from vaping'. These can include but are not limited to: headaches, muscle aches, disturbed sleep patterns, night sweats, dry skin, mouth, eyes, ........, constipation, mouth sores and acne.
Bear in mind that some of the above symptoms can also be shared by overdoing nicotine as well. Most of these effects can be alleviated by drinking large amounts of water (juices, soda as well)
Most people just get the dry mouth/sore throat and are otherwise fine :)

Welcome to ECF and the Wonderful World of Vaping!!!

I have a Blu (also 510's and others) and I love it. The Blu has its place and even though limited it works fine and is SO much better than those analogs.

If you are like probably 97% of ECF members, you will eventually have several PV's and lots of different juices as your taste buds revive themselves and you discovered you don't have to give up the "act of smoking" to be analog-free.

Vape On, Samrat!!!!!

Welcome to the forums! E-cigs are by far better for your health than smoking analogs. There are no harmful chemicals in electronic cigarettes and I can assure you that the benefits of this product will highly out-weigh any of your negative impressions of it. All you can do now is try it and you'll understand why everyone on this forum is so willing to attest to loving their e-cigs, even though they'll all argue about which brand of e-cig/fluid is their favorite. I love these disputes lol.

For now, try your Blu and see how you like it. If it doesn't fit your needs, then search through the forums and read reviews and different threads. This way you'll find one that works for you. The resources here are endless and everyone is more than willing to help you with any questions or concerns you have.

Don't believe all you hear! Make an informed decision...I don't think you'll be disappointed. You are in the right place. Any questions, concerns, don't hesitate to ask any of us.
