Initially vaping is akin to your first analog, coughing , dry throat and especially if u are a long term smoker, you will get fever, phlegmatic cough, ........ but will diminish in a week or 2. This is our body system recognizing fact that we are no longer intake of 4999 types of cancer causing agents and no tars

@plumeofred Limpeh sinseh... I got confession.. my poop turned green a month back when i did not touch analog for abt 3 weeks continuosly it was watery poo.. it went on for about a week... I thought at that point of time it must be because of the vegetable glycol content in the juice.. as i dont really take any greens. I am fine now with no cravings for analogs and poo also went back to normal... Was it due to the chemical discharging from our body when stop smoking?

There could be a few reasons why your poo became like that. Mainly your diet. If you eat iron rich food, it turns green. A more plausible reason is that when you quit your analogs, some people experience a change in bowel movement. Poop also turns green when the bowel move too fast.

My advice: Don't worry so much. You got better. VG doesn't do anything much to your poop unless you drink it. Eat more fiber rich foods like vegies and fruits. Drink lots of water as VG is hydrophlic and causes dehydration. Hope that helps!

Ho sey! Limpeh sinseh.. thats the problem... I was licking my bellus when she is dripping with juice.. too much vg in my diet.

Btw. U do realllllly sound like a doc. I trust your advice... Will drink more water.
Hahaha! That's what all my friends tell me. But I'm not. Wish I was one though. No money and not smart enough to get scholarship. What to do. Sinseh also can lah.

Anyway, a lot of our health issues are caused by lack of water and also sleep. We can't help it cos of our hectic lifestyles. So relax, sleep more and buy water bottle.

Don't think the newborns will use this thread... To them Vape is trend... I have acquaintances who went back to analogs because:
1) maintainance is a chore..
2) stealth vaping is not their cup of tea..
3) boost not easily found and no one wants to tell them where to get them.
4) Cannot match with hipster clothings..

actually i was purposely advising myself against putting on the sig.... i dunno kinda will remind me about analogues............ personal thing i guess
Anything that works for you!

I'm a 10 year smoker since secondary school, always tell myself I'm not hooked up but there's no reason for me to quit analog, but ever since I have my love of my life and she hates me smoking. I tried to quit, but I realized it's quite impossible. I don't have the withdrawal symptom but the urge for throat hit after meals or drinking session is irresistible. Got my vape yesterday and have not touch an analog since. It's too early to say but I have no craving for analogs now, even thinking about the smell turns me off. Hope I can succeed!

Vape safe!

Coming up for 66 in April next year. Bought my first packet of cigarettes aged 10, was well hooked by the time I left school. In uniform in my 20s was smoking three packets of Senior Service Plain cigarettes a day. Aged 24 I took to pipe smoking full time and stayed with it til this year. I was a mod on Pipe Smoking Forums and wrote about pipes in general and Falcons in particular for many years. Tried two Smoking Cesssation Courses using Counselling and Nicotine Replacement Therapy to no avail. I spent all my time on not smoking ( six weeks max) obsessing about how much I wanted to smoke. My son in law gave me an e pipe as a present and tried it. To find out more I read forums like this which gave me the confidence and determination to stop smoking. This Friday it will be eight weeks since I last smoked and I have not had one craving using vaping. Yes I have spent money on Vaping Kit and know it will not last for ever...but that is a small price to pay. My chest is clear; I can taste and smell things which I haven't done for years ( a mixed blessing this!) my teeth are no longer stained and my walking has greatly improved. Vaping has been brilliant for me. I have no intention of returning to smoking.
