So today I headed down to Eastside Vapes here in Vancouver. The staff was super helpful and gave me some fantastic pricing. I was waffling on getting a Vamos V3 which I know was just recalled but he said he would give me one for 20 bucks. Foolishly I assumed he meant the whole package all in and I was thinking thats GREAT because I had priced them out and with everything I needed- a Kanger tank, 2 batteries, a charger unit, and the Vamos itself I was looking at 50-60 bucks. (Unless I misread the website I was directed to by a friend from here- entirely possible.)Anyhow when all was said and done he told me that all in Id be looking at right around 90 bucks..... So I passed, but not entirely.
I did pick up an egoC-twist, a Tabac BCC, a USB charger, and a stainless steel tip for my Vivi knockoff tank. I vaped this dandy ALL day as my KGO was dead, and it was absolutely beautiful, I didnt get one dry hit and I was playing with the VV all day long. A lot of fun this little bundle of joy has been, no pun intended. Im still unsure where my optimal Vape lies I've been taking it all over between the base 3.2 up to 4.0 but havent crossed that threshold yet. (the top setting is 4.8) The only (minor) complaint I have is the Tabac tank does not have a removable tip. I hope future model may be released that does.
I cant say enough about Eastside Vapes though the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and extremely easygoing. An absolute pleasure to deal with. I *also* picked up some of their in house juice made by a local here. It is called Divine Fog Blackberry and it is hands down the best vape I've had so far, flavor wise. It isnt the thickest vape I've had to date (could be my voltage or possibly the pg/vg mix) but it is FULL of great flavor and a nice strong throat hit.
So as soon as I got home, I charged up my KGO, applied some of this juice (which I had vaped in the ego all day) and immediately proceeded to get the biggest nastiest dry hit that made me GAG and had very little of the beautiful flavor I had been in love with all day. The second draw wasnt much better and currently Im going back and forth between the two trying to compare the finer points between them.
Im loving this tip and wish I could put it on the Tabac, but alas I cant....
Let me know if you've dealt with ESV or tried their Divine Fog v-liquids. Im giving them, and their juice, a big cosign and 4 thumbs up.
Also if anyone has any insight about what voltage they find to be best for them, just so I have an idea of where I should be near or at least trying.
Thanks everyone, and Happy vaping!!
