Ok, so I watched a couple of refilling videos on here.

Got my tool, my juice, etc. Popped the top off...um, where's the little clear piece underneath the white one? Not there. The white part had burnt into the batting...one side was burnt, one wasn't...
Ok, decided to try it anyway. Dripped the juice in there. Let it sit. Popped the top back on, yadda yadda yadda. I was so excited how EASY it was (just a few days ago I wanted NO part in doing this).
When I tried to vape, there was condensation on the mouthpiece. Wiped it off. Repeat.
Am I missing a step?
I think the juice I received is mediocre...but...I can't taste anything but the flavor the cart was originally.
I'm not impressed.
