Im having a problem with my SB

I'm hoping it's nothing major but the issue I'm having is with the button switch. Every few hits I take there is always one that doesnt connect and it seems to be doing this more often. When I first got it it did it evry once in a while and now it's doing it alot more often. Any idea's on whats up with this?

Good morning,
Seems the contact within the switch has shifted. Make sure you are fully depressing the switch, how does the switch feel when you press it. Is it a fluid motion or does it seem to have a double catch? If you get too frustrated send me a PM with your contact info and I will give you a call.

Not really a double catch but when I press down after the 1st catch there is still a little springiness left over if I press harder and this is how it has always felt if I recall. Anyway I'll send you a PM with my number
