Ahhhh...what a great feeling it is to be in Reoville. Long time lurker finally joining. Current setup is a tumbled raw grand with .55 ohms twisted 28G. I've had this for about 1.5 years. [emoji106]

Just ordered a copper vein grand LP with brass RM2 LP - should be here tomorrow. [emoji108]

Now I see everyone dabbling is so many new rba's. Where is everyone getting them? Are they all custom orders or small batch word of mouth? I see the Odin BF comes from Loki labs. Site is down but I've emailed them. Time to wait and see I guess... What and where else ?

Also, with all of rob's new RM's, what are the names of those before they were 'rebranded'?

Welcome even though you're not new to Reo's :)
Always jealous of the copper veins, they look good.
Nuppin will be out with a second batch sometime in the future. Odin is one I prefer.

Not quiet sure what they are before they are rebranded.
The RM 4.0 looks like an atomic and the RM 6.0 looks like a stillare.
I may be wrong though. So we can let the reoville veterans answer more accurately. Edit: Like I said haha, someone would have a better link and answer. I couldn't find that thread.

Welcome (officially) to the 'Ville :toast:

Beautiful setup you have there - looks like she could tell some stories.

As for atties, it's a great time to be a bf'er. Rob has a good stable of toppers, which nerak gave you a link to data on. Ask most any question about any of those and you'll get a boatload of feedback from folks in here.

There is also an ecf reonaut named Chowderhead1972 who has a thread on supplying bf modded atties for use with the reo.

Come on back with any questions you have - we're only too happy to help.

ETA: Original names of the RM atties...

RM2: Triangle
RM3: A6
RM4: Atomic
RM5: Double cross (I believe)
RM6: Stillare

Thanks! That's a huge help! I'll check out some reviews soon.

What took you so long?
We've been waiting for you.
Now the chips are stale and somebody drank all the beer.
Edit: Oops, I forgot--Welcome home.:) Just out of curiousity, did you bring any beer?

Welcome bud! And sorry about the beer it was getting warm so I chugged 'em. :D

All that was left when I got there was one can of warm Schlitz.

Luckily, I've got a bottle of 'shine to make me smile.

Welcome officially. Great mod you got there!

No worries, with all the time the reo saves me, perhaps I'll start brewing! Did someone say bottom fed beer glass?[emoji12]

Wow. Thats a hell of a long time lurking. Congrats on finally joining!

''Twas indeed a long time! But I'm glad I'm here now!

How much is the Odin BF btw? I saw the nuppin is close to hundred bucks; worth it I'm sure but I think I should get my feet wet first and work up to a nuppin (if it's available).

Odin I think is $69 if I remember correctly. Sometimes you can find some in the classifieds if you get verified. Nuppin is good, but I kept going back to my Odin at the end of the day.

I agree Russ (super x) is a great guy. I recently got the chance to do a collab video with him and fairtradesloth (scydivasloth productions). Russ is the reason why I got around to trying a Reo and an Odin to be completely honest haha

You're TRA looks awesome!! Those Silver Veins, Hammertones, and TRA are looking better all the time as I'm about ready to order Reo #2.

Love the Copper Vein. However, there is one small problem. They tend to turn Black/Dark Brown over a long period of time because of oils, salts, and other stuff from your hands. It's a good idea to put a Clear Coat on it when you first get it to preserve the finish. It's not really hard to do. Here's my CV two days after arriving on August 6th, 2013. I used Rustoleum Clear Coat Enamel to protect it. It still looks the same Today as it does in the photos.

Here is a thread to help get you started in the clear coat direction.

Wow yes I definitely need to throw a few clear coats on that bad boy when it gets here. I did stumble upon this a few days ago, but now it's hit home for me because I want mine to stay shining like that!! I swear I would have 'forgotten' and built a coil for it asap.

How many coats did you use? And is that a brass rm2? It looks curved at the top.
