This vaping experience has really made a difference in my life. I had been a 2 pack a day smoker for more than 38 years. I am proud to say that I have not had an analog since January 7th!
As someone living with a terminal illness, I have had more than my share of doctors over the years telling me to quit smoking. I always told them that I already had a death sentence, so I didn't see any harm in doing something that I enjoyed. Well, that is until I found vaping!!
I had a doctor's appointment today and she was so pleased with how much clearer my lungs sound. Less than two months ago, I was barely able to fill my lungs halfway with air--today she was able to hear almost FULL air sounds in my lungs!
When I first told her about e-cigs back in January, I was on day 19 of no analogs. She had never heard of an e-cig but expressed a definite interest in learning more about them. Today she told me that she researched them in depth and felt so comfortable with them, that she even recommended them to her son so that he can quit his analog habit.
All in all, she was very happy with my progress--and encouraged me to continue with my vaping experience! Heck, she even encouraged me to vape IN HER OFFICE, if I felt a need or desire to do so!
Which leads me to this:
I am SO impressed with V4L today!
Even after receiving hundreds (if not thousands) of orders this past weekend during Val's Olympic contest, V4L was able to fill and then ship the order that I placed this morning! My order should be here by the end of the week!
The folks who are filling all these hundreds of orders must be working on overdrive!
That being said, I am even more excited that I will be getting replacements for my two sick XL batteries. One of them I was only able to use for a day or two and the other one for only an additional day or two before they stopped working on me. I really LOVED how they performed, so I can't wait to get their replacements.
I ordered another one of those awesome batteries, and Leaford convinced me to try a manual PT, so I ordered one of those, as well. I had purchased a PT from another company, but was not impressed with it. I don't know if it was that my USB port on my laptop just wasn't putting out enough power to support it or what, but I didn't like it at all.
Leaford tells me that I can use a USB wall adapter with the V4L PT, so I am going to give it a go. I'm excited about that as I spend an inordinate amount of time at or near my computer (or just vegging out on the sofa!) and I can save my batteries for when I am laying in bed or have to leave the house.
V4L totally ROCKS, and vaping is simply and superbly AWESOME!
