It is certainly a glitch in the site, and I agree it's not sketchy, just misbehaving software....

I noticed if I try to look at ratings, I accidentally rate. 
So I just read the reviews here and forget the ratings. I have not actually rated the things I have tried because I already rated most of them on accident!
