It's just a curse you'll have to learn to live with!
How long have you been
vaping, what strength nic you feel most comfortable with, and you're still smoking, so I suspect your body is still revolting at the idea of taking away it's 'stuff'!
I'm wondering though if it's a good idea to be switching nic strength back and forth, until you are on even keel and if your goal is to stop smoking, you may want to go to a say, 24mg strength juice
full time until those panic buttons start to disappear...the excruciating hunger, high energy, fluttery feeling. It took me a good two months to get by that stage, some people achieve it in less time, some more. Just stay away from the fridge, because packing on a bunch of pounds just for the sake of cramming your mouth with something is a 'smoking', hand to mouth and mind satiating thing. It's a panic attack in some ways. It will pass. Just knowing what's happening helps a lot. Your body is going through quite a change in a very short time.
What you want to do is establish a 'comfort level', and then work on expanding the 'comfort zone' until you are in control, not the addictions. After that it's a piece of cake to cut back on your nic. No more withdrawals. But it takes time, your lungs need some good exercise, your food needs to be high fiber and low carb, lots of foods and fruits high in anti-oxidents, and drink totally copius amounts of
water!
I was a heavy smoker, for 44 years. The last few years 2-3 or more packs of cigarettes every single day. The day ny NPro arrived, no more cigarettes. Didn't want one. For me the e-cig was just about the last frontier, or I would have 'gone over', so to speak. Now I use 12mg nic, and have found a whole new darned habit! Love it too. And feel re-born, physically.
