Chamfer, Chamfer, Chamfer, Chamfer, Chamfer, Chamfer, Chamfer, Chamfer everything!! The air holes really need sum chamferin'. We need a chamfer chuff top fur nuppin'

I'm also going to see if I can get Mundy to come up with some twisted chamfer magic wire to make some dual chamfer coils. It will probably come out to be /~\ ohms.

So in conclusion.... I like the first one. Round is boring, Chamferin' is the future and the chamfer is now.... Just ask the iphony peeps.

Also here is a beedog:

Are most folks using cotton and KGD in their BF's? I'm using CC and it seems to work excellent but the fact that no juice remains on the deck to speak of kind of makes me think that cotton might be a bit better. I guess I just need to try it but thought I'd ask.

I use KGD in all of mine but I don't know about others.

I use both back and forth but seem to lean more towards the ... cotton in general, especially in bf'ers. it just seems a bit better in the flavor for me, insert a loose fluff and it swells up to a nice juicy feed for the coil, rayon needs to be stuffed a bit more because it shrinks but it winds up being a bit more tight to the coil than cotton and I think that it gives me slightly better flavor because of this but truth is there very close to each other

Lately for me it depends on the application. For the Nuppin I prefer KGD. I like the flavor of KGD when combined with NET's.

One of my recent builds has dual vertical coils and the CC seems to draw up and attract to the heat a little better. Could just be my imagination but it does seem to perform noticeably better in that particular application.

Like Turbo was saying though, I also find the flavor really close in both types. I'd give the edge to the KGD when it comes to the Nuppin. I've also started using the soft white center - peeling off the outer layers first. It seems to wick slightly better that way. YMMV

Here are my 2 cents:

.01 = juice likes to collect between the top cap and AFC... With no lip at the atty base means that juice is dripping down onto your mod.

OK, ↑ this. . .. .

the last thing I want to do, for all our sake(s), is to theorize and promise, and fall splat in the muck with unhappy people everywhere.

I figured out a reasonably good experiment last night, and engaged.

At about 10pm I "cleaned up" (sort of) my Nuppin' and surrounding area, and then carefully seated the cap as high as I could while still utilizing both o-rings. I continued to vape and even oversquonked (juice covering airholes . . . inside) multiple times over the course of ~2 hrs. I then left it "as was" and picked up on vaping it (and oversquonking summore) this morning, until just a short while ago. Then photodocumented. I had intended to run 24hrs before coming to any conclusions; but the results are so definitive, I thought it was soon enough to submit a report. (it's now been 15 hrs). I will certainly report back if anything changes dramatically.

if the orings are sealing then the bottom lip makes no difference at all, also any juice that winds up between the 2 o rings from airhole bleed will wind up being minimal and when you pull the cap the lower o ring will act like a wiper and pull the juice up and clean the rim of the atty anyway. I can't see the lip having anything to do with leaking or not leaking

I use rayon exclusively. It's better for ME. That doesn't mean it's better for the next person.
