also make sure you are not trying to use other mouthpieces with the stardust. They are not compatible. the stardust mouthpiece is made for it, long enough to seal the tank and screw on.

If you have juice thru the center air hole you need to blow it out. the reason you can see thru to the bottom is because thats where the air that mixes with the vapor comes thru. thats not where the juice goes.

Screw the coil head onto the bottom basis, screw the assembeled coil head and bottom onto the tube bottom. that will give you assembeled unit minus the mouth piece. now it can be filled. tilt so you are NOT getting juice in the tip of the coil head. the juice goes in the tank surrounding the coil head assembly. Then screw on the mouthpiece. good to go.

For the record the first post i dropped here assumed you had a v2 stardust, those are NOT the ones you can take apart. that one you have is actually the V3.

I don't really like how you are blaming this on me. You wanted the twist, and wanted to order from canvape. I was only trying to help you out. I told you to get twists you needed to either part together a kit, or buy a kit and twist separately, and gave you examples of both. You wanted to order over $100 to get free shipping, so I recommended cartos, and a atty for dripping.

You don't need the smok tank cone for anything to work. You need that to hold the lanyard in place, otherwise it is just aesthetic. Email or make a ticker on canvape's site, and im sure they will ship it out for you.

I'm sorry your stardust isn't working, and that you are frustrated, but i think i am about done helping you.

Wow .. just wow, this thread makes me anxious just reading it. Tebo please tell me you still have cigarettes. :p My suggestion is have a smoke and *relax* NO e-cigarette, no not even the blu is going to instantly be great, everything will take at least a few days to figure out and get working well. Focus on one thing, watch a couple of videos - seeing people DO things is much easier than trying to get people to type out everything when you don't know the terminology.

And EVERYONE gets confused and frustrated at first and things don't work or work terribly until you figure things out, so you're not alone. Everyone is trying to help, but it is often *really* hard to explain things in text format.

Assuming you have liquid in the stardust and avoided the center airhole. Is the battery firing, does the light come on when you press the button ? It may need to be charged.

I understand this is frustrating to you. We all do; we've all been first-timers. We do, however, need something to work with when trying to help you.

Please be as descriptive as possible when you're saying something doesn't work. "A whole lotta nothing" is a whole lotta unhelpful. "I push the button and it's not lighting up." and "I push the button and it lights up but there's no vapor." are two completely separate problems that can both be covered by "a whole lotta nothing" and that have two completely different resolutions. The second of which will probably result in further questions to further narrow down what's going on.

Here's a video showing how the Stardust should go together, just so we're all on the same page. (Skip to about 2:05 or so if it doesn't do so automatically.)

First off thanks to Albert. He didnt get me to order the wrong thing, it was the confusion from everything else.

But this is how I'll leave it off,

Sorry. I lost my head there. But honestly its pretty bad, I think the water pressure from a light tap faucet just caused the white string fluff to be ripped off cus its still in tightly wrapped around a tiny spring where it usto stick out.

I was confused dripped a bit into the center, then cleaned it out. Blew in it, an washed it out let it dry. Then I followed what you said, filled it up properly, and then filled it up, which is when nothing happend it didnt work at all.

I dont think it was faulty, I think I ....ed it up somehow. Im still not happy because its really really delicate for how it ....ed up (water). Vaping experience has been nightmare. Im scared to fill up somthing else cus if it doesnt work I will start to think maybe the products got ....ed.

Oh and when it wasnt working on the battery, I tried taking it off and the capsul actually opened an the juice exploded out, luckily went on my clothes didnt touch battery, but still poorly made and I can see that happening again in future!!!! I almost really dont even wanna bother with doing e cig stuff anymore, atleast with juices and stuff. I might just throw this .... in a closet an order the Blu

Honestly take a break - put an EGO on the charger to make sure it's fully charged - I think they come at least partially charged, but I could be wrong. Watch some videos and come back when it makes more sense to you.

If the wicks fell off the stardust, then the head is probably damaged - but the heads are $2-3 and EVERYONE breaks stuff some of the time.

Personally I think if you just buy more things it's just going to add even more frustration and turn you off vaping even more, at least that's what it would do for me.

Is the battery light coming on when you press the button ?

yes, like the light comes on when I turn it on by clicking 5 times, it also turns on after I press to try to puff afterwards, so the battery isnt completely dead, but I never charged since I got it, maybe it needs to be fully charged, otherwise I'm at a loss again lol

The light on the charger flashes when it first connects, then will be red when charging and green when it's charged.

The light on the EGO should turn on every time you press it, the 5-click on/off feature is just for when you want to put in a pocket and make sure the button isn't pressed accidentally.

It sounds like you're having a different problem if the light is coming on when you press it. If you hold the stardust beside your ear and press the button for a second, can you hear a bit of a sizzle ?
