This is all pretty pointless as long as they keep viewing vaping as a tobacco product. All tobacco products have health risks. vaping is so far pretty safe except for the negatives of nicotine, unless some new study is out that I haven't read, so it shouldn't be lumped in. We would be much better off if the FDA treated vaping the same as they treat soft drinks or candy. Those things are causing death at a massive scale due to obesity and they don't regulate them at all. Any child with money can give themselves diabetes and morbid obesity and are encouraged to by every soda and cereal commercial, the fda could care less.

I don't think it's pointless. From my perspective, e-lectronic cigarettes are not a tobacco product, which is why, along with the other reasons stated, I started the petition. I do agree that e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers, accessories and associated liquids should not be sold to minors. But, thanks for signing anyway.
