I know I'm a day or two late posting this, for that I apologize. We have a lot on the table this week and I hope this clears up some snags our customers have come across.

We will be truncating orders for the next week. This will mean that the payment system will likely be down as the day progresses each day. Additionally our Help Desk (online support) will also be down during this week. We are currently looking to expand the business and its facilities this has culminated in a week of furious scheduling and a lot of time required outside of the office. We would like to assure our customers that this is a short disruption and that we will be back with a vengeance once we finalize our appointments this week.

We would ask that everyone experiencing the "No Active Payment System" wait patiently during this time and rest assured we are aware of the issue (this is the message sent by our system when we close orders). We thank everyone for their patience and promise not to make many more situations like this... okay maybe perhaps once more when we move but we're pros at this by now and will make it as painless as possible.

We're back in the offices full-time this week. If you've entered in a support ticket we will be taking care of these today and tomorrow. If your ticket doesn't get answered today it WILL be answered tomorrow. Our payment should be up 24/7 very soon, within the next day or two as we get under the order demand. We're glad to be back and taking care of our customers, we apologize for the short order queues and lack of help desk support. Normally, I or my wife Christy would take care of these while the other is out but last week we both had to tackle extended business.

TL,DR: The hunch of an order crunch was right, but now we're on site for the rest of today and tonight. We reiterated that the orders were truncated, but now that we're back from vacation we'll make sure there's less truncation. We hope to make things right by providing service that is out-of-sight.

Thanks! I ordered a couple 30ml of Bobas this morning at 6:30 eastern time and was stoked it went through so early! Can't wait to restock my BB! I ran out so can't wait! This is my go to juice!

I added in the comment section that of it was possible to make one 30 ml bottle of bB a little sweeter? If not its ok, just heard it was possible to do? Thanks again!
