Yes, but it takes a little work. Go to a site like Photobucket.com and search through the emoticons. When you find one you like right click on it. Select Properties. Copy the address of the emoticon. I then paste it in a word document to save it.
Now take that address into Post Reply and click the Insert Image button. Paste the address, click OK and its in your post.
That's good to know because I was need one for the more, how shall I say it, "dramatic" discussions. Unfortunately, I can't use this method because I don't have enough posts.
