Might check internet for any flea markets, tobacco shops or headshops. Many carry some PV stuffs though it might be slim pickings!

Alternatively you can buy some VG, distilled water at a drug store and go no nic for a minute. Could buy some Snus to get you through too. Some folks have soaked Snus in VG to extract nicotine but I'm not up on that. Should be posted on forum somewhere. TropicalBob did a video I think.

The good Snus comes from Europe. The stuff Camel sells in the states isn't the greatest stuff.

Little pouch you put in your mouth to get nicotine fix. Women & Men use Snus...Here is some starter info:
