Customer Service in general seems much better in the vaping world than in the world in general, but alien Visions deserves some praise. Boba's Bounty has become one of my go-to e-juices, so when I went over a week with no package after getting my delivery confirmation email, I found that the USPS tracking information had only the initial information. I contacted Alien Visions, and they sent out the shipment again the same day. I got it in three days (the usual time). Now, almost two weeks later, the Missing Package shows up. I felt a little guilty, so I contacted them and offered to pay up. After all, it doesn't really seem fair for them to pay for someone else's mistake. Instead they just told me consider it a freebee and to have a nice day.
So I figured the least I could do was show them a little love here on ECF.
