In Praise of Alien Visions E-Juice customer service

Customer Service in general seems much better in the vaping world than in the world in general, but alien Visions deserves some praise. Boba's Bounty has become one of my go-to e-juices, so when I went over a week with no package after getting my delivery confirmation email, I found that the USPS tracking information had only the initial information. I contacted Alien Visions, and they sent out the shipment again the same day. I got it in three days (the usual time). Now, almost two weeks later, the Missing Package shows up. I felt a little guilty, so I contacted them and offered to pay up. After all, it doesn't really seem fair for them to pay for someone else's mistake. Instead they just told me consider it a freebee and to have a nice day.

So I figured the least I could do was show them a little love here on ECF.

Also... if you dig you some Dark Chocolate e-juice... just sayin'.

Agreed. They were a pleasure to deal with for me also. I ordered 2x2 BB and GJ to try them out, and the order came in just fine. I Fell in love with the Gorilla and ordered up a 100ml bottle. When my package finally arrived, I tore into it and found... 100ml's of Bobas. Ruh Roh Reorge! So I called them up and spoke to a really nice girl (can't remember her name) who said to send a pic of the bottle to verify it was Bobas. Then said keep the bottle and we'll send out your Gorilla juice. Now that makes me all warm inside, I love it when people take care of you AND give a little extra. Makes for long term customer relations. :thumb: AVE :banana:

I too had a good customer service experience with them.

Did you post this in the Positive Reviews forum also? That would be a good idea if you haven't. :)

I also had a great customer experience with AVE Juice.


I had a batch of BB that tasted very muted (probably an older batch). Admittedly, im sort of a juice snob.

Ben replaced it no questions asked.


amazing customer service

AVE will continue to get my business as long as I'm off analogs.

I've always had excellent customer service from AVE. I vape more Boba's than anything else. I order the 100ml bottles on a regular basis. A couple times the tracking wasn't updating and I panicked and contacted them. They always respond very quickly with a proposed resolution. Fortunately the issues have always been due to USPS and not AVE, but they always show that that are willing to help.

Can they do 50/50? I've seen threads said their juice are fairly thick. Would it be a problem if I vape it with my protank with 2.5 original ohms?

I've vaped Boba's in just about every type of device there is. It works in a protank, but I found the flavor to be very muted. You may want to remove one of the flavor wicks for high VG juices. I actually got much better flavor out of a vivi nova that I re-coiled, re-wicked. Currently using a REO with the RM2, and it works really well.
