Has anyone heard of or tried this vendor out? They are called In The Clouds and I do not see much info posted about them here on ECF. This vendor is not to be confused with ITC Vapes, I originally had them two confused but then realized they are two separate vendors. Their prices are quite reasonable and on the lower end, so if they are good then it's a pretty good deal. They have a decent selection of flavors, but no PG/VG ratio options.
