Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

It really is about the closest I've come to a juice that tastes like tobacco - it's just a pity I was never much of a cigar smoker.
I've been thinking that it doesn't mix well with sweeter flavours - it dominates the mix. I'm beginning to think it might work well with an acidic flavour - maybe a citrus. I might try experimenting with some of that later.
That's a great idea bloke ! I'm thinking the Mango Shisha may work. It definitely has an acidic bite to it. Also would keep the tropical theme going :D

Jimi didn't give a Recipe for JD4 he gave percentages of premixed. I used a Calculator and did some guessing on how he mixed the single flavors and came up with this:

JD4 10ml

Inawera Caramel 8 drops
Inawera Vanilla 4 drops
WG TA Virginia 10 drops
Distilled Water 3%

Thank you for sharing that, I'm making it tonight. I love all 3 of those standalone, so together, they must be good.

So I'm currently vaping a mix of the Tino D'Milano Cuba Cigar and Cytryna (lemon) - nothing scientific, just a squirt of each from premixed and well steeped bottles into an Evod. And it's interesting. The lemon kind of fills the middle notes and the Cuba Cigar takes the top and bottom notes. Been using it for an hour and it's rather pleasant. Might add some lime later.
