I have tried a few different builds.

[HASHTAG]#200[/HASHTAG] superfine mesh 45mm x 20mm
28G 3/4 wraps 0.7ohms, firing at 14-15 watts. By the 3rd draw its scorching.
30G 3/4 wraps 1.0ohm, firing 12-13 watts. Same as above, less flavour.
30G 4/5 wraps 1.35ohm, firing 12 watts. A little better than the above but still too warm for my liking.

The heat produced could be due to its small size. Or am I not doing the right build? The whole atty gets pretty hot also. I prefer the Origen Genesis, full of flavour and cooler vape. I would like to get my hands on an In'Ax 22 to verify my claim on the heat being due to its size. Anyone else having the same experience?

Aim for 8 or 9 watts/Js.
Mesh can be finicky and air flow sensitive. You may need to increase or decrease your draw speed to find your sweet spot.

Kelv,
28 or 30 on 400 in the 1Ω range. 8-10 watts- AFC on the smallest setting and MTL style.
I leave my mesh a bit long so I can flip it and trim it and maintain the tube/straw form.
Watch your top wrap, at the edge of the mesh it's easy to over tension it and pinch the straw closed. (good place for a hot spot too)
Does you build glow centre out, evenly ? If you cheat it with a cotton sheath, does the vape improve or get less hot/ wick better?
