Increase your TH?

I'm trying a new juice thats less nic, went from 6mg to 3mg but noticed I'm not getting that good th now... is there anyway to increase th by lowering ohms or something? I usually make about a 1ohm coil.

Whats your pg/vg ratio? Pg gives more throat hit.

Nicotine is the main factor in TH, so you won't get it to where it was. Lowering your resistance will usually increase your TH a bit, but only because you'd be going though juice faster and increasing your nicotine intake that way. As @Llamasquito says, increase your PG should increase the TH some, though not as much as increasing the nicotine would.

juice I was using was 40PG/60VG , This new juice is 50/50

Ok, not sure if upping pg at that ratio will make a difference, havent tried higher pg ratios than 50/50.
Maybe someone else has experience from that

Yes. More nic would make the biggest difference without needing tweaks elsewhere.

You can adjust your build / power, but that might just heat things up (e.g.).

I've never tried it myself, but I've read in few threads where a drop or two of pure grain alcohol or vodka helps.

I understand. There are other additives that have been used, though, they tend to be more of throat irritants like pepper extract or Flavourarts's Flash. There are a few flavors out there that folks will know that actually contain PGA (pure grain alcohol).

Another thing you can try if you are trying to reduce nic level is buy the same juice.. Get one in 6mg and one in 3mg and mix them.. Will roughly = 4 1/2mg... I use to do that with 6 and 3 before fully moving down to 3...

yeah a couple places i buy from will custom nic for ya as well, but I'm just going back to 6mg.... easy peasy

When I 1st started vaping back in 2009 I was at 36..... YIKES!

From there I moved down to 24, then 18, then 12, then 6 and now at 3... Had a few times where I'd go in-between by mixing 2 different nic levels.... I am pretty satisfied at 3 but might consider going down to 1.5 at some point...

I smoked, and now vape for the TH so that's important to me.. Right now I am vaping 70vg/30pg 3mg nic @ 27 watts on a .5 coil.. Plenty of TH...

Only in the South.....
