Hmmm. Great reply, you may have just sold me on joining the Halo club full-time. Considering their Tribeca juice is my favorite out of any juice I've tried (which is probably over 100 by this point... :p) I'd be happy to send a few more bucks their way.

Also, I know we're in the minority here, but I liked reading your thoughts on the Ego Twist. I'm sure it is a great device, because I've owned both 650mah batteries and variable voltage mods, so I bet the combination is a dream. However, I would not want to whip those out on the street at a bus stop, or outside of a restaurant, etc.

I agree that the Ego Twist is a great device, it just wasn't right for me. I did get an Eroll, loved the size and the terrific little charging case, but after awhile messing with the tiny tanks became tiresome. I also had an Elite 808 fron CigEasy. I believe it was a 380mah. It had some nice features I really liked. Instead of a led light at the tip, it had three indicator lights to show the battery level, and I liked the whistle tips on the cartomizers. I gave that setup to a friend who wanted to try vaping. The size is bigger than a G6 and smaller than a twist.

I like my Halo Tritons so much, I feel like I'm done looking. Next month I'm going to buy the Triton twist vv. Basically I'm just curious, I don't know that the variable voltage will matter to me one way or the other, but I want to find out if it does.

My top favorite Halo juice is Torque 56, and Tribeca is second favorite. Altogether I have 8 favorite Halo tobacco flavors, and two of their gourmet flavors. I don't care for menthol, so I haven't tried any of those. I'm just very pleased with the quality of everything I've bought from them. Hope you'll be equally pleased with whatever you end up getting. Nice talking to you. :)

So, something interesting happened. Today my best friend/roommate asked me what was wrong, because he said I looked bummed out. I told him I was trying to sell all of my larger mods so I'd have a little cash to buy a portable setup I'm comfortable with. But after I explained that I didn't want to use something in public that wasn't a cigalike, he surprisingly said, "Actually I think it'd be cooler if you just used a bigger one in public. Screw what people think, you're being more healthy. And cops aren't dumb, they know what crack pipes look like." lol. I never expected anyone to say that, and keep in mind, he has never smoked cigarettes, let alone vaped. It was very supportive of him.

So I took my brand new VMod XL off the classifieds, and promptly vaped it in the middle of a Walgreen's pharmacy. And I got zero questions or complaints. He's right... Plus, I'm freaking 32, 6'1" tall and wearing purple sneakers, for god's sake. Why should I care if someone looks at me? haha

I may still get a KR808 kit or Ego Minis for my anti-social days, but mainly just because buying new toys is fun.

P.S. My Halo Menthol Ice came in the mail, and I've never had it. Trying it right now and it's incredible. Nice and chilly.

I'm glad you got over your fears about using mods in public. I have yet to be approached by anyone inquiring about my vaping, I guess its just so mainstream now that people don't even bat an eye about it, or maybe I just come off as unapproachable

Either way I hope you continue to enjoy your vaping be it by mod or stealth
