Hoosier knows that expecting jail time is a misunderstanding of the powerlevel of the people we fought in this state. Without a large number of law enforcement officers seeing "the hand in the cookie jar", and after so seeing would be willing to go on record, these types of people do not see jail time. This is politics and it works as it has worked for many decades so those with strong moral compasses of right and wrong will just feel ill if the whole truth was known. (I, and others who were in Hoosier Vapers and in the "trenches", often speak of how the process has made us feel ill.)

The investigation has not officially stopped, but it is not being assigned resources at this moment.

Lawsuits are always possible if one has enough money and time to put into them.

Sorry for the delayed response, but I have started, yet another, new job and I have not logged into ECF in quite awhile.
