Indulgence Starter Kit-V2 opinions requested

Just wondering if anybody uses the Indulgence Starter Kit-V2 PV. If so how do you like it? Is it durable and does it function well? How about the chrome finish is it scratch proof/high quality/won't flake off? Anything else you can tell me about this PV other than what the vendors list...I would really appreciate it. I've heard the threads on this unit are very bad and strip with ease...is this true?
