I agree with Ken's Box mods. Great customer service. I have a couple of the 3.7 V ones. I use Ultrafire 14500 900mah with them.
As for your short battery life, it's due to your using dual coils, not the battery. 900 mah is 900 mah. If you use conventional cartos with a higher resistance, like 2.6-2.8 ohm, your batteries will last longer.

Could someone point me in the direction of the above mod? thanks.

    It's on that "other" forum.
But Mamu is only making 30 of them, and they are all sold.

It's probably safe to say that she will push the envelope a little farther tho' in the near future.
Nice thing about Mamu is that she doesn't keep things a secret, even I have the wiring diagram for the Denali.
A lot of the things we think common place, are ideas that Mamu came up with.

Everyone's got an opinion and I am not any different so here goes my take.

Madvapes variable voltage garage door opener, box mod. Doesn't matter what I put on it it works. My batteries last all day. A syringe tank or dc carto tank, also madvapes. The whole setup is cheap, reliable, easy to use and fill, portable, doesn't leak, fits in my pocket. Works for me.

I also agree that a Krimson Kustom variable voltage from James is awesome. I have his 3.7 bottom feeder and his work is top notch. My next mod will be from him in a variable voltage evercool. Just waiting for a justification to buy it, spent too much during the first couple of weeks vaping, boo hoo hoo.

I am on my way James....
