I'm thinking of getting into squonking, but I can't spend more than $25-$30, are there any squonkers out there within that price point? I'd prefer if it was at least 75W as well.

The Wraith is presently at a really low price at ecig-city ($29). Not perfect, but a pretty decent performer, and a steal at that price. Council of Vapor Wraith 80w Squonker Box Mod
A few sites had the Kanger Dripbox160 at about $30 as a clearance item, but I think all are sold out.
Not many options for a VW squonker at that price. There are more options if you want to go with a mech, such as the Coppervape.

The Copper vape if you are familiar with Mechs and know ohms law or the Pico Squeeze if you are not (Pico has some built in protection but is basicly a mech) both can be found for around $30.
As Hazozita said, the Wraith is also a good choice and a really good deal at $29, though the rda that comes with it is not the best.
A really good BF RDA that can be found for between $20 and $30 is the Pulse22 by Vandy Vape. It is new on the market so a lot of places carry them.

I have the Wraith I paid $54 from FT a month ago, at $29 it's a steal if you are looking for a regulated squonker. Paired it with a Pulse BF atomizer $29 truly a nice setup.
Both the Coppervape and the Wraith come with a BF atomizer, to get you started. I have both and they are good choices in your price range. Personally, I prefer the consistent vape of a regulated device through the battery cycle, but there is something about the first 20 hits of a mech that is awesome.
Try a pico squeeze. I'm using mine right now. Fantastic little mod.

The Kanger Dripbox v. 1 is a favorite of mine in that department. Pretty much like the Pico Squeeze really. Just a different form factor.
