Inferno charging question

Ok, so I've been using the inferno for a couple of months and my longer battery will not charge. When I screw it on to the charger, the button light flashes, like it's connected, but the charger never turns red. I've read somewhere on here about pulling the battery connector or something like that down, but have no idea what to do..

I think something may be wrong with the wall chargers. I'm getting mine replaced, just waiting on the prepaid shipping envelope to get here. I've had it a week and it charged once. After that one time it hasn't worked since. However, I used my cellphone charger and it charged the battery just fine.

Send customer service a msg or call volcano. They will help you. My passthru fell out of my pocket fell on the atty. and stopped working shortly after. My replacement is on its way back to me....yay. I think the batteries has a 1 yr warranty on it too.

Try cleaning the battery contacts with alcohol.
