Hey now... let's not go blaming vendors for things when it is more likely that it is an issue on the customer's end of the equation. I have never used Firefox to order from them, I have used Google Chrome with complete success. For the sake of this thread I even opened up the ancient Internet Explorer and their site ran beautifully, I experienced no issues adding a Tshirt to my cart and then proceeding to checkout. Internet Explorer is one of the worst performing browsers these days, I'd be more likely to say the issue lies there or with individual internet settings than trying to spread the word that Volcano doesn't work on anything but Firefox and then rob you of your points over the phone.

Inferno is a nice PV and I've had mind for 3 months dripping on GreenHouseOne LR 510 atty. with no issues and still on the first atty. What a relief not burning attys. ever few days, I got 30 old attys in a box and was really getting sick on the regular atty thing. Also have a friend that works for me and he is on his original atty from volcano but he's not a heavy vapor like me.

I also use internet explorer to order with no issues.

Thanks for all the replies. Xmas morning (Merry Xmas) and I havent recieved the kit yet but am looking forward to it coming Monday. I have recieved the Lr attys and couldnt wait to see the difference so I have been using it on my 280 mah 510. (Yes I know youll shoot your eye out kid!) I absolutely love them! No need to debridge anything with those attys! Never have I had such good hits and Ill never go back to regular attys again. So heres to hoping the Inferno kit gets here soon before my Battery explodes :p And just a sidenote I havent really noticed to much reduced batt life on them while using these?? Meh its a moot point either way lol.
