Info for fellow Vivi Nova users with leakage

So I bought a Vivi Nova for my first PV, and it would leak constantly. Everywhere. I'd lose up to a quarter tank daily, and ruined a few pairs of khaki pants at work. Finally figured out why. Figured I'd inform the masses who might also have the same problem.
If you look closely at your leaky Vivi Nova (this is only if the leak is coming from right under your drip tip), you might notice something strange, the way I did just this week. It's tough to see, but the inner metal tube that you attach your atty head to might be angled slightly towards one wall of your plastic tube. If it is as much as mine is, then the rubber washer on top of your atty head is useless, because it won't connect 100% with the walls of the hole in your cap, and will allow your liquid to flow straight through, all over the inside of your pocket. Very annoying to use like this since you always have to hold it upright. So if you're experiencing such an issue, check to see if that's the problem. Hopefully my advice helps some fellow noobs out there, but my real advice is buy a better tank. Glass is ace hardware anyway, don't even go for plastic anymore.

Been using Vision Vivi Novas for over a yr and no issues. If the air way is slanted/ tilted look closely at the bottom plate at the batt end of the Vivi. It can separate leading to this "tilting". Remove plastic tank get a pair of pliers and GENTLY squeeze the plate back into place so that the air way is straight once again. Common problem with a number of clearos.
