Guys,

You have all done this longer than I have so I'm certain your organized and probably even have your own 'info sheets' to help people you meet that are interested in vaping about the common pitfalls, what to look for in a pv, how to solve problems, where to buy stuff, health benefits on and on.

If you have something like that already organized in some type of electronic format could you share it with me? I've had these overly long conversations about my vaper with a lot of people (today was my dental assistant and she went and got the hygienist as well). Now a part of me would like to think that they're just so taken back by my dapper self, but reality is we have a solution that people want. I would like to have a basic, beginner guide to vaping setup online somewhere so I can just point them to a simple url that'll have good basic info so these people don't wind up with overpriced, crappy products.
If anyone has something you think would be useful, post away :)

Thanks for your help guys.

I think ECF is in the process of getting business cards made. I saw a contest a while back for someone to create cards with the new logo and information about e-cigs in general on the back. I don't know if they are for everyone or just the mods at ECF. It would be nice to be able to order and pay for like 250 or 500 at a time to pass out to people as you meet and talk to them on the street.

I know that for a fact if ECF was to place an order for like 15k at a time and split them up that the prices would be very very cheap. I'd pay $4 to get like 250 cards to pass out.

This seems a bit like overkill....

Just a thought, there are numerous pro-ecig websites with FAQ's, you can print that (would be long, but it would be more comprehensive for someone completely new).

Another is many sites like Office Depot etc. have REALLY cheap but plain business cards. Not sure why it would need to be fancy when you're trying to just use it to relay a message. Issue with that is you will be very limited on how much info about vaping you can put on the card.

I personally would rather print out a fact sheet for anyone because I'm assuming people are asking for clarification about vaping and a business card just may not cut it, information-wise.

Just my :2c:

ohhh Id love to have the same!!! I've even thought of maybe business cards with ECF's website info and a few vendor's info and maybe a quick description on the back but never actually did it.

I would just say I think putting ECF on a card with a vendor may be over the line because ECF only allows them as advertisement and a business card would look a little too scary if I was in ECF's shoes.

Thats a good plan but a problem with it is not everyone has internet. I have quite a few friends that don't have internet so they call me and have me order what they need. For those people I'd like a fact sheet or something i can pass out so they can understand without having to find a place with internet.

The thing about a fact sheet that is bigger than a regular business card is that you have to carry them around. Unless you know that your going to print it out for a friend or something, then you never know when your going to need to give them out to people. 5-6 Business cards can be carried around very easily in your wallet.

As for them being a little fancier, I would think that some kind of design to the business card would make it look a little more eye appealing and may catch someones attention a little more than just a white business card with black text. And for the price that one can buy those packs of business cards at office max, 4 times that amount can be ordered and printed by a professional printing company.

Maybe print some of the FAQ's you see online. I personally have the same issue, to be honest most of my explanation though is to smokers trying to explain how it really can replace smoking. Most surprisingly are very open to it health-wise, just not really into the internet ordering scene which is really what you have to do to be able to vape at a decent cost...
