Information regarding Viper Vape

I seen a item I want to purchase at

[FONT=&] However, I see they advertise they are a ecigarette forum (ecf) registered supplier. I checked here at ecf and the member/entity viper-vape has not been a ecf supplier since 2010.

They do have the ecf symbol on the bottom of their web page. This is why I am asking.

However, I am just checking on the credibility of this vendor. Please correct me if I am wrong. I just wanted to ask them a question here first.
