Initial charging for 950mah batteries?

Its actually supriseing to me how many people still think batteries of today are like the old Nickel cadium batteries that do hold a memory, I run a PC repair shop and I get that question often about laptop batteries.

Pretty much all devices these days can be partial charged and used without consequence of shortening the life of the battery.

If the batteries have any charge on them, vape away, if needed charge till the green light comes on. Modern batteries do not have a "memory" and can be charged, partial charged anytime you like or need. It's actually recommended to charge them before needed / go dead, for maximum life.

I agree. Li-Ion has a different performance than we got used to think about batteries. There's a lot of wrong information.
