Once again I welcome all of you to another vape review and today's review is on a few flavors from the Aquios bars lineup. This has a 450mAh internal battery that the manufacturer says will put out up to 600 vapes. Output voltage is a constant 3.6v (11watts) with a 2ml juice capacity using 20mg/ml (2%) nic salts on a 1.1Ω mesh coil with 30% water. I will tell you prior to my review that there is a definite difference with the Aquios bar from the past disposable vapes I've used before, is it a good difference or bad? Lets get started.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS


Each Aquios Bar is in a sealed paper container inside the box, opening the paper container and slipping the Aquios Bar out showed the Aquios bar is capped on the bottom and plugged up top, the bottom cap sits over the 2 airflow inlet holes preventing any kind of accidental airflow intake while the plug at the top prevents any leaking or evaporation of the juice inside the device, both the cap and plug made of silicone rubber must be removed in order to vape the Aquios Bar. The device is super lightweight and it's body is wrapped in paper with a rubber mouthpiece. I was sent 4 of the 10 flavors to test and review, flavors are listed below.

BLUEBERRY BUBBLE GUM


This was my favorite out of the 4 , the Blueberry is the first flavor note that's tasted followed by a taste of bubble gum with a very light cooling effect. The main reason I really like all the flavors sent to me is because the flavor is rather subdued and for me that's a good thing, if the flavor was deeper I think this might have made it too sweet and could have ruined the taste. The MTL draw is just right for my taste needing very little effort to fire ( all of these are auto draw only devices with zero issues firing ).

SUNRISE ICE


This was a tough flavor for me to describe with a mango being very prominent, what comes after is the hard part to describe because I get some sort of citrus and a possible banana flavor. There is very little cooling with this flavor, and it's the lightest of the bunch being very mellow.

WATERMELON ICE


This flavor is heavy on the cooling effect that gives a candied watermelon taste. The flavor is also light but enjoyable but quickly fades off the taste buds, I'm not crazy about watermelon but found I could vape this one because of lightness of flavor.

GRAPE ICE


Out of the 4 flavors tested the grape ice was my 2nd favorite again because of the light not smack you in the face flavor all of these flavors produce. I get a candied grape with a light ice cooling effect, this flavor disappears from the taste buds fast as well but is very enjoyable. I didn't notice it but when vaping all of these when inhaling a blue light is illuminated through one of the two airflow intake holes on the bottom, it goes away very quickly so I never noticed it until a friend saw it while I was testing the devices, it's not the best picture but I was able to get a shot of it.

FINAL IMPRESSIONS


I am not very big on disposable vapes in my personal life because I enjoy open systems as well as building on them but I do see a place for closed system vapes like disposables for some people. In the past most of the ones I have tried have been so overpowering with flavor as well as the ice cooling effect that I've actually became nauseous because of it. The Aquios Bar and it's flavors were actually very pleasant to vape and worked great giving zero issues.

The draw is for me just right and never failed to fire or quit in mid vape, not having any way to record how many vapes were taken other than to write them down which I did not do I will say all of these lasted a good long time and the watermelon is still active but it was my least favorite of the four so that's no surprise.

I think the 30% water based in why I liked the light flavor so much as well as being light on the cooling effect, this is only my opinion and some of you actually like that smack in the face of flavor that some disposables give but for me it's the opposite and the Aquios Bar delivered the goods very well.
