The innokin Coolfire Ultra TC150 is the latest in what has become a long lineage of Coolfire's which has kept the same relative shape of the original, the Coolfire IV. The TC150 variant is only slightly larger than the TC100, but has an updated Aethon chip which is capable of 150 watts of power.
