hello,
is there anyone on here from innokin?
last weekend, i sent them an email about my MVP 2.0 ,which i damaged , i told them this, and sent them the numbers on the device ,to make sure it
is in fact a genuine innokin... they havent replied ( so far, i check my emails everyday) i would LOVE to either fix it myself( ive got a few years
working with electgonics as a hobby, i made a small amplifier for my guitar which is battery powered,and can use it to practice without disturbing my wife!)
or AT MY EXPENSE ( its going to be at my expense either way ,since im not trying to submit a false warranty claim) or send it to them for repair
i really like the mvp... its got some power,and lasts a long time....im just a little frustrated that ive not heard from them

No, Innokin is not an ECF registered vendor. Have you talked to the place you purchased your MVP from?

Innokin will usually refer you to the place where you purchased the device. If they're not an authorized retailer for Innokin, they'll also tell you you're on your own as they won't honor any warranties on the device.
