Both, depends on the atty. I am primarily MTL, because that is the way I smoked.

Anywhere from 9 to 45 watts depending on juice and atty, mostly around 15 watts.

There's a special place for Innokin in my heart. Innokin was the first mod I owned- it got me off cigarettes and kept me off.
