Doesn't matter to me, I do both depending on what device and juice I'm using.

Most of the time I prefer a restricted DTL. But, I always start the day with a MTL tank with higher nic than my DTL tanks, and usually end the day with MTL (typically with the same nic as my DTL tanks).
