I've had the nova but people are going mad for the Kanger T2 and T3 and the Iclear 16 - but I've heard that the iclear soaks up juice like a sponge because of the quad wicks, the mini nova served me well but I disliked the residue it left over a few fills. Which one is better? I can't decide!

And would a Vision nano or a Kanger M3 fit into a boge carto sized hole? I have a DSE 601-C pipe which uses 510 boge cartomiser but they are rubbish as the cartos burn out after a few uses and are expensive, would they be able to fit in to the mod or are they too wide?

One last thing, would I be able to use an IMR battery in a ICR pipe? Would this improve performance?

Thank you :toast:

It looks like the only thing that will fit in the 601-C is a standard sized cartomizer. Perhaps you could try a dual coil cartomizer? And for the "burn out" issue, if you are talking about the filler material burning, you just need to keep them from getting dry by topping off more often, like as soon as the flavor and vapor start to tail off. If they are actually ceasing to work entirely, a dual coil will resist that a little better.

What battery are you using the Mini Vivi Nova on? In terms of top-coil clearomizers, those are about as good as you are going to get. You could try something like a Kanger T3 (bottom coil), but I will warn that they can be finicky in terms of leaking. People seem to be enjoying the new Kanger EVOD, which is essentially the same design as the T3 but with some changes (improvements?) and cheaper replacement atomizer heads.

I've been a big fan of the Kanger T3. It's been my go-to clearomizer for NET e-liquids and coffee juices since October. I've been using the iClear 30 for the last week and it's been very good too. I'm going to give it another week and go through another unit (used two so far) before doing a comparison. Really though, they're very different products -- one is a single-coil bottom-coil clear and the other is a dual-coil top-coil clearo. It really depends on what kind of vape you're looking for.

So is there any difference between the T3 and the MT3 apart from the sleeve?

And what kind of vapes do the T3 and the Iclear give you, I don't see the difference between a top dual coil and a single bottom coil?

Huge difference. Top coil gives you a warmer vape and some feel that it also gives more throat hit. It also sucks through more juice faster since there are two coils using multiple wicks. Bottom coil is cooler. Some feel that the design of the T3 is more efficient and juice delivery.

And yes, the T3 and MT3 use the same coils.
